Academic Achievements

During the last 25 years, I have been involved in many robot researches either as lead investigator or participator. From 2007 to 2011, I developed a humanoid robot which has the similar appearance with me, whose head is made of silicone rubber, what’s more, he can walk, do Tai Chi and communicate with people. From 2011 to 2013, I developed a four-leg hydraulic quadruped walking robot, whose speed can reach up to 4 kilometers per hour and can walk in general environment. Presently, I am concentrating on enhancing its performance and adaptive capacity to complex environment.
